Why are Pumpkid or Abby missing in bad weather?
Check the time, weather and active events before treating their absence as a bug. The September 18 developer patch says Pumpkid and Abby may be absent at night, in poor weather or during certain special events; it also fixes a separate issue that made them disappear for long periods.

If they remain missing outside those conditions, compare your installed version with that update and report the time, weather, event and task to the developer. The patch does not identify every special event or guarantee that every later absence is resolved.
What this Weather page can confirm
The answer above comes from the developer announcement, not a playtest or the empty Wiki revision below. The captured Weather revision does not supply a forecast, weather probabilities or crop-growth modifiers, so this page does not invent those values.
For dated season/location entries use the Fish Finder; for watering and growth assumptions use the Crop Planner. Neither tool is a live weather forecast.
